Teresa is a Commercial Lines Agent with years of experience in the insurance industry. As an Underwriting Advocate, Teresa guided new business submissions to over 40 markets. In the role of Account Manager, her focus has always been on providing exceptional customer service and driving client retention. She also spent several years in the financial industry as a teller, currency operations officer and as a financial services representative.
She recently relocated to the Yakima Valley from Arizona to escape the desert heat, and she says she is having fun exploring what Yakima has to offer. Now that her husband has joined her in the Pacific NW, she is looking forward to the two of them having many adventures.
