Accounting and Office Manager
Nancy has worked in the Yakima Valley for 25 years for two locally owned businesses as a controller, operations manager and accountant. She also worked for Central Washington Home Builders where she worked with many contractors and the businesses that surround them. Her all around business and accounting knowledge will help support our great group of insurance professionals.
When not working, Nancy is trying out a new venture of competing in English Pleasure riding at Arabian/Half-Arabian breed shows. She lives in Yakima with her husband Loren and their four children. She graduated from Central Washington University with a BA in Accounting.
Trish Bonham started her insurance career in 2014 after working for 20 years in the medical field as a medical assistant. Trish first worked in administration and as the front desk receptionist until her promotion to Commercial Lines Agent.
Trish graduated from East Valley High School.
Linda De León
Personal Lines Agent
Linda De Leon is the Personal Lines Manager for Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance. She started her career in 2000 and joined Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance in 2002. She was promoted to the position of Personal Lines Manager in 2013.
Linda serves as a bilingual Customer Service Representative, speaking both English and Spanish. She helps customers with all aspects of personal lines coverage such as home, auto, umbrella and recreational vehicle policies. She is a graduate of Toppenish High School.
Surety Bond Agent
Lori McKimmy started her insurance career at Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance in 1981 in the Personal Lines Department. In 2009, Lori moved into the Surety Bond Department and now assists contractors throughout Washington and Oregon with their surety needs.
In her free time, Lori has been active with the local Team in Training organization, helping secure funds for cancer research. She is also an active volunteer with the local Relay for Life.
Commercial Lines Agent
Donna Martinez started work in the insurance industry in 1976 as a mail and file clerk. She moved to Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance in 1986 to work in commercial lines and bonding. Donna's focus is helping contractors with their insurance and bonding needs.
Donna says that in her 38 years of work in the insurance field, she has met hundreds of different customers and enjoys working with every single one.
Prior to joining Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance, Katie Craig worked in customer service in the banking industry for 14 years. Most recently, she served as a Consumer Loan Processor, preparing loan documents. At Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance, Katie works as a Commercial Customer Service Representative and serves a variety of customer accounts.
Katie grew up in Yakima, having attended West Valley High School before receiving her Associates Degree from Yakima Valley Community College.
Commercial Lines Processor
Lynsi Welch serves as a Commercial Processor, assisting clients with changes to their insurance policies. Prior to coming to Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance, Lynsi worked in the banking and title and escrow industries. She is a long-time Yakima resident who is dedicated to learning and helping customers.
Lynsi graduated from Granger High School. When she is not working, she serves as "pit crew" for her husband at his motorcycle races. She also enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and her grandchildren and enjoys the time spent in her craft room and working in her yard.
Prior to joining Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance, Amanda Fiander worked in the construction industry for 15 years, specializing in Payroll and Accounting.
Amanda is a graduate of White Swan High School and grew up in the Lower Valley. She recently relocated back to the Yakima area from Hawaii with her husband and daughter.
When not working, Amanda enjoys baking, camping, and boating as well as cheering on her daughter playing high school basketball.
Employee Benefits Manager, Licensed Agent
Benefits Manager Jennifer Wearin worked in the banking industry before coming to Terril, Lewis & Wilke Insurance in 2003.Her focus is to help employers find the best set of medical benefits for their employees. Jennifer recently completed a 10-week course on Health Care Reform. This education has proved invaluable in today's marketplace.
Sue Ferrari, HIA, CPIW
Employee Benefits Agent
Sue Ferrari has worked in the benefits insurance field for over 20 years. She has earned her Health Insurance Associate (HIA) and her Certified Professional Insurance Woman designations. She is an active member and has held several board positions with the International Weight Pull Association. She lives in Yakima with her husband, son and his family. When not working she enjoys working with her dogs and reading.
